Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advisory, and product support in a collaborative, on-site environment.

The role emphasizes growing the customer base in the local community, delivering exceptional service, and representing TurboTax as a trusted advisor. A non-exempt, onsite schedule with at least 20 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand local community presence through in-person engagements.
