Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing in-person tax preparation and advisory services. You will help grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships within the community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong tax knowledge, customer service, and the ability to work weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered along with marketing support.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage prospects to convert to clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
