Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a client-first approach. The position offers opportunities to grow a local client base with marketing and product support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
