Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will offer in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding service.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role requires on-site presence and a strong tax background with licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build a local client base for TurboTax.
