Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Role includes building local client relationships, driving community engagement, and growing the TurboTax footprint with the support of marketing and tools. This is a front-facing, retail position requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and U.S. tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers at an on-site location.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future tax years.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships in the local community.
