Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build client relationships.
• Grow local client base and participate in community outreach.
