Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare full-service tax returns, offer tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building lasting relationships in your community. This role is for a year-round, on-site position with a focus on proactive outreach, local marketing support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, including Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and complete in-person tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax advice, calculations, and software support at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
