Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax preparation, and share tax insights to help clients achieve better financial outcomes.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with the community, and use Intuit marketing and software to build a thriving retail business. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring at least 20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Assist in expanding local client base and foster community relationships.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and grow client loyalty.
• Leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools to serve clients.
