Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help achieve positive financial outcomes.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20h+/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust for long-term relationships.
