Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support clients in a friendly, professional setting.

You'll engage with the local community to grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing Intuit in-store with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Prepare full tax returns for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Provide tax advice and planning; perform deductions optimization.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
