Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation assistance and expert advice to customers in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will help grow the TurboTax client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and use Intuit tools to support clients while building long-term relationships in the local community. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with benefits and performance rewards.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service to help clients achieve financial goals.
