Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, delivering hands-on tax return preparation and personalized tax advice to customers.

You will engage with the local community, grow your client base, and collaborate with marketing teams to make taxes approachable while providing outstanding service with Intuit’s tools and training.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience; build long-term client relationships and trust.
