Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing the TurboTax customer base. You will engage with the community, present tax guidance in clear language, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust with clients.
