Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a trusted financial experience.

Role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and a commitment to serving the community. You will work with a collaborative team and leverage marketing support to build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using available resources and tools.
• Assist customers in-person and via Intuit tech for a best-in-class experience.
• Build local client relationships and contribute to community marketing efforts.
