Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to serve on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to local customers, while promoting Turbotax services in the community.

The role emphasizes in-person client engagement, market growth through referrals, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
