• Active EA/CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN holder to file taxes in compliance with law.
• Onsite retail tax experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Ability to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
