Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, performing hands-on tax return preparation and providing guidance with TurboTax tools to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting onsite hours and maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally by attracting new clients and establishing long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and problem solving while using Intuit tools.
