Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site, providing hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the client base within the local community. This non-exempt, part-time role requires onsite presence and offers benefits and opportunities to engage with the community, using Intuit marketing and TurboTax tools to

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
