Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clear language. In this role, you will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and uniform

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Circular 230 familiarity encouraged.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform; front-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax advice, calculations, and product support for simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients and build loyalty.
• Lead local marketing efforts and use TurboTax tools to engage community.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in person.
