Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering customer loyalty. As a trusted advisor, you’ll engage with customers in-person, present tax knowledge in everyday language, and collaborate with marketing to expand TurboTax’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be able to obtain state licenses.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term client relationships.
