Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. In this role, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing TurboTax’s client base locally.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax professional credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certifications as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season).
• Onsite presence at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize marketing and TurboTax resources to grow local client base.
