Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax needs in a local community setting.

You’ll be the public face of TurboTax, building relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while complying with Intuit policies and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community per Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate with the support of TurboTax in local marketing, making the topic of taxes accessible and approachable.
• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
• Connect with people to build long-term trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal, multi-year relationship.
• Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit’s video tools.
• Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
