Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax - Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role serves in-person customers using TurboTax products and provides full service tax return preparation and advice.

You will grow the TurboTax client base in the local community and collaborate with marketing to build a thriving business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools and CRM systems.
