Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This is an on-site role serving in-person customers who use TurboTax products and providing full service tax preparation and advice.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build trust, and collaborate with a network of professionals and marketing support to foster prosperity in your community.

Qualifications

• Must hold active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN and related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships within the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with product usage and questions.
