Job summary

Essex-Property-Trust seeks a Community Relations Manager in San Francisco to deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will lead a team of community relations representatives, coordinate move-in/out, manage resident communications in the CRM, and uphold high service standards across the portfolio.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance management, mentor staff, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, and collaborate with the Community Management Team to drive resident

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with supervision experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week and manage resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for resident communications and inquiries through the CRM.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences, including paperwork and identification checks.
• Coach team on customer service and resolve issues escalated appropriately.
• Oversee portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to improve operations and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
