The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle for candidates and associates in Kentucky, USA. You will maintain relationships, drive KPI/SLA metrics, and ensure quality client delivery.

You will administer job postings, guide candidates, conduct interviews, and build a strong talent pipeline while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in a service provider setting.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with KPI- and process-oriented work and data management.
• Proven ability to build candidate relationships and networks.
• Proactive, energetic, results-driven, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job postings across systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with information, guidance, and training.
• Interview candidates and assess fit for client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Build recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines.
