In this role you will administer postings, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding in line with client and Adecco policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong MS Office and data management capabilities.

• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
