Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who acts as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and meeting KPI metrics for client delivery.

You will administer job postings, build pipelines, conduct interviews, coach candidates, and maintain records while fostering strong relationships with clients and talent in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in service-provider recruiting.
• Proven track record in customer service and client relations.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client fit.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
