Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships with associates, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to KPIs and SLAs for client delivery.

You will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline while guiding candidates through resume prep and onboarding.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and builds workforce plans.
• Interacts with candidates in person or online with clear information about Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses qualifications, culture fit, and client compatibility.
• Performs targeted candidate searches and analyzes results to meet inventory needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role coaching.
• Completes onboarding processes per client/organization requirements.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking systems.
