Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to guide recruiting and onboarding for candidate associates, acting as liaison through the assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and delivering results aligned with KPI and SLA targets.

You will administer job postings, build talent pipelines, conduct behavioral interviews, assist with resumes and interview preparation, and manage candidate records across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and teamwork.
