Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive KPI-driven client delivery, nurture relationships with active and passive candidates, and ensure accurate, timely onboarding and submissions for assignments.

You will manage postings, conduct interviews, and build a strong talent pipeline while upholding policy compliance and service levels across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and grows candidate pipelines.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintains candidate records and preps executive summaries for submissions.
• Negotiates offers and coordinates onboarding per client requirements.
