Job summary

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking customer-service driven individuals for an onsite front desk role at our Cupertino campus. You will greet guests, log visits, issue badges, and coordinate with hosts to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer health, life, and vision insurance as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with OS X-based office systems is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and guests entering the building and connect them with their host.
• Notify host of guest arrival in a timely manner.
• Maintain a guest log and issue badges when necessary.
• Perform data entry as required.
• Monitor and maintain working area conditions to meet cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards.
• Assist with guest complaints or disputes and follow procedures.
• May assist with filing, sorting, mail distribution and additional projects.
• escort guests to various buildings on campus.
