Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC seeks an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for solar and electrical infrastructure projects at Marco, Indiana. This full-time on-site role requires coordinating inspections, audits, and corrective actions with clients, subcontractors and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, strong problem-solving, and certifications such as ASQ ISO 9001 or Six Sigma; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and OSHA 10 or 30 are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of PV systems, civil construction, electrical and mechanical codes, and QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and oversee QA/QC activities on site.
• Lead QA/QC teams, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and regulators on quality requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate regular quality metrics.
