Job summary

SOLV Energy in Fabens, TX is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on an on-site solar project. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, oversee inspection teams, and coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors and regulators to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, ASQ/ISO Six Sigma certifications, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC on-site leadership.
• Experience with ITP, SSQP, QMS and regulatory standards.
• Strong RCA and CAPA capability with effective corrective actions.
• Excellent on-site communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities at the project level and implement SSQP.
• Conduct inspections and audits per ITP and contract requirements.
• Identify non-conformances and manage NCRs and CAPA.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics.
• Employ Sunscreen for QA documentation and reporting; supervise QA teams.
• Manage subcontractor QA plans and supplier quality compliance.
• Drive lessons learned and post-construction reviews for training.
