Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on utility-scale solar, storage and high-voltage projects nationwide. The role oversees the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), manages inspection teams, and acts as the primary quality liaison with on-site client representatives, subcontractors, and regulators.

This role is located full-time on a Marco, IN jobsite with travel, reporting to the Regional Quality Manager and driving continuous improvement through rigorous QA

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC leadership.
• Experience with QA/QC methodologies and field inspections.
• Proficiency in ITPs, NCRs, CAPA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities on-site and implement SSQP.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and document findings.
• Lead root cause analysis and develop CAPA actions.
• Maintain QA documentation and generate quality metrics.
• Audit subcontractors and ensure materials meet specs.
