The role requires on-site presence and coordination with the Regional Manager to ensure fiscal and physical soundness of the property. The position emphasizes strong tenant relations, staff supervision, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree is not required; strong communication and management skills are essential.
• LIHTC/HUD regulations knowledge is preferred for compliance.
• Experience in LIHTC property management is highly desired.
• Proven ability to manage leasing, collections, and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and show vacancies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee rent collection, deposits, receipts, and notices.
• Maintain office operations, enforce leases, and coordinate on-site emergencies.
• Supervise maintenance staff, manage vendors, and prioritize work orders.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and report building operations to Regional Manager.
• Meet with tenants, participate in disaster/emergency planning, and perform other assigned duties.
