Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, maintenance and customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budget planning, and effective communication with residents and staff. On-site presence, regular schedules, and a focus on leasing performance are essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; ensure performance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, resident relations, retention programs, and compliance with policies.
