Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a housing community on-site under regional supervision. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financials while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff to ensure consistent performance.
Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance, rents, and expenses.
Plan and execute strategic leasing management and marketing plans to achieve NOI goals.
Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and Fair Housing guidelines.
