Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site under the guidance of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing activity, budgeting, and compliance with safety and fair housing standards.

You will lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives while ensuring high service levels and on-time reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor expenditures, deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; manage leasing marketing plans.
• Implement resident retention programs and respond to resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.
