Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with policy and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes budgeting, resident satisfaction, and coordination of administration and risk management to achieve NOI goals and strong property performance.
