Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk, and ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop yearly budgets, lead marketing and leasing initiatives, and ensure resident satisfaction through retention programs and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions proficiency required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in housing industry or formal education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff; screen, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through programs and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and Fair Housing guidelines.

Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in housing industry

CAM or ARM preferred
