Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of the housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires coordinating with HR and leadership on performance and resident relations. The position emphasizes strong personnel management, adherence to budgets, successful leasing programs, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Personnel Management and on-site leadership.
• Financial management including budgeting and rent collection oversight.
• Leasing strategy development and resident retention initiatives.
• Administrative & maintenance supervision and reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies as an on-site leader.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in housing; or equivalent combination

CAM/ARM certification preferred

Fair Housing Laws & OSHA knowledge
