Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management to ensure policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

As the on-site leader, you will implement budgets, marketing plans, and tenant retention programs while maintaining service levels and safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in some roles.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and its staff.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities on-site.
• Develop and monitor staff schedules; coach and develop team.
• Manage resident relations and ensure quality customer service.
