Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. The role includes managing staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.

You will supervise on-site staff, maintain resident satisfaction, and drive performance through coaching and training. A strong emphasis on budgeting, NOI, and timely reporting is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, fair housing, and liability guidelines.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and documentation of performance.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and vendor invoices; ensure timely reporting.
