Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and local jurisdiction certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access materials, track inventory, and notify re-ordering needs.
• Documents work and completes paperwork for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving practices by repairing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
