Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical condition of our properties, including units, common areas, and grounds. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-readies for new residents.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle tasks; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, depending on property size.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Makes-ready for vacant apartments by inspecting, creating punch lists, and coordinating repairs.
• Obtains materials and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Completes documentation for service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists in cleaning, painting curbs, and general upkeep.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
