Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity of buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will handle service requests, preventive maintenance, and the make-ready process for vacants to support leasing readiness.

The role requires compliance with safety standards, timely documentation, and collaborative work with vendors and supervisors to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Accesses materials and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and closure.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
