Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition. You will diagnose defects, perform preventive maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for new residents.

Responsibilities include processing work orders, inventory management, and regular safety compliance. The role requires flexibility for on-call shifts and basic repairs to sustain property standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspection and punch lists.
• Manages materials, inventory, and tools to support maintenance tasks.
• Documents service requests promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and basic repairs.
• Supports cost-containment by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
