Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and appearance standards. Duties include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and making-ready vacant units, with attention to safety and code requirements.

The role involves inventory handling, documentation, and periodic inspections, with a focus on cost-conscious maintenance and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Certifications per state/local jurisdictions as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or golf carts on-property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing via make-ready process, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, retrieves materials, and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.

Education

EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications

State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required

Valid driver’s license
