Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for ensuring the communities’ buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose and repair resident service requests, oversee make-ready processes for vacant units, and uphold high-quality standards across exteriors, interiors, and common areas while supporting safety and budget goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must have hand tools and be skilled in safe use and maintenance of tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects per policy and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Set maintenance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials; assist budget management.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and support budget initiatives.
• Contribute to safety meetings and ensure OSHA and safety compliance.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests.
